How to use Second Opinion

Four quick steps. It takes about a minute.

1. Copy the message

   Press and hold the text or email on your phone or computer, then choose Copy. Do not tap any links in it.

2. Paste it, or add a screenshot

   Paste into the big box on the Check a message tab. You can also press Upload screenshot or drop a picture in.

3. Press Check message

   We look for pushy deadlines, requests for money and fake senders. It takes a few seconds.

4. Read the answer and follow the steps

   You get a plain verdict, the reasons, and what to do next. You can have it read aloud or copy a note for family.
